Come on, I live in Barcelona ( the eurpoean city with more motorbikes, even more than Rome ) And this is not insane to me ... if you say insane because of how he fastly goes in between the traffic . . you get used to do that . . . if not, you just eat all the traffic. Yes he is doing wheelies and going fast inside the city . . but that's quite normal .. here is prohibited now. ( not 5 years ago ) You can still do it if you know how to bypass the police. Noticed that in Barcelona bikers ride rather calmly compared to scooters that really drive insane!!! This one rides ok, but he's not predictive for accident situations, like pedestrians etc. In S-Petersburg (Russia) traffic is insane too, but not so many motorcycles like in Spain. Love Barsa again!

(note I'm talking about whether the road is wet or not) But if the roads aren't wet, he REALLY needs a new set of tires, cos' hes sliding all over the freakin' road. Tires with bad or no tread/wet or slick roads = crashing. Which is what is going to happen to him if it hasn't already. Besides that there really isn't anything to this video, other then him being an insane idiot riding like that with no tire traction.
