Oct 19, 2008 - the size of the breast wouldn't matter but how do u check under a silicone implant? and bumps and puckering of the skin happens when the implant shrinks over the years. I think you just have to get regular doctor exams with x-rays.

Unfortunately some people only watch this because they've never seen a woman naked before and are only watching this video to see her breasts. If you read through the comments you'll see how many lives this video saved. I think youtube to remove this video would be taking people's life chance away.
