May 12, 2009 - I don't know I don't think she is shy. I was thinking about it, singing requires lots of air. If you're moving around too much you're not going to be able to sing as well (goes for any singing really) and I would imagine strong vocals as this would require that the lung space is at its max.. if your torso isn't straight you're not going to get that. I would rather she sing as beautifully as she does than run around to attempt to entertain me.

May 12, 2009 - You got a point there, tho I wasn't really refering to her jumping around and stuff LOL, however I noticed that on the solo parts or when she's not singing she just stays there and looks elsewhere instead of clapping her hands so the crowd follows her or something, that's what I mean, Simone from Epica and Tarja herself do this kinda thing just to name a few, I still love her tho.

Jun 2, 2009 - You are correct. That's why the mighty Sarah Brightman sometimes mimes, so she can actually move around. These kinds of vocalists are under far more strain, and tred a fine line. Something Tarja isnt appreciate for.
