Those guys ARE amazing, no matter what anyone says, and we support them to the fullest, but 3RUN is not a "form" of movement per say, just an idea. Parkour, free running, l'art du deplacement - those are forms of movement.

Jun 8, 2009 - I have personally be training in PARKOUR and FREE RUNNING for the past 5 1/2 years and I've never practiced "3RUN" only watched their groups sick ass videos :) I'm not saying you guys don't have a little skill under your belt because you're def not bad. Keep up your training and never stop. It just gets annoying seeing random words used for shit because it helps lead to misrepresentation in the media. Movement is movement. -Syn
