Feb 7, 2009 - Great video tour of the Griffith Observatory. I had no idea there was such a great Observatory so near L.A. Light pollution has little effect on Planetary Observing and there is a cosmic zoo of stars, Red Super Giants, White Dwarfs, Black Holes, etc to look at. Eta Auriga is about to be eclipsed by a huge and unkown dark object. The star will dim over the next year - Astronomers are watching intently! Great Video!
