So when they say "ABC 123 XYZ but he don't know about XTC" it means he only is drawn to brainy stuff but doesn't know about love and sex. So in the part where they say "He doesn't care how I look, he cares about ABC 123 XYZ But he don't care about XTC" It means he doesn't notice the girl, just what really attracts him like science, math and all that other stuff.
