Others get upset because the guy that wrote it says that it has a completely different meaning than they thought it did. Nirvana had only two really big hits, and Cobain did not write either of them, so some fans are upset because they have built him up into this big literary genius figure, and it turned out to be bullshit.

The music is much more prevalent in this song, as most people don't even know what the he's saying in this song anyway. I think the problem is that people are just not interested in you desecrating this man. He's dead. Let his art speak for itself. You seem to have this vendetta like its your job to discredit Kurt Cobain. That's what nobody cares about or wants to hear.
