Oct 24, 2009 - The first flash scene is from the first episode of Season 7, where Jack and Agent Walker question Schector. Remember in the trailer when Jack says to the guy, "I'm gonna enjoy this" at 1:44? Right after, he puts the pen to his neck, seen at 0:31. The second flash scene at 0:39 is from the second episode of Season 6, when Jack and Assad go after the bomber in the subway. The flash scene is when Jack is on the subway car trying to stop the bomber. Hope that cleared things up.

Nov 3, 2009 - Jack pointed out that Haddad was under surveillance in 2002 (in the actual season, not in the trailer), and that he targeted that bus with 45 people. Season 1 took place in 2002. It couldn't have happened after the season since Jack no longer worked for CTU due to Teri's death. It could only have happened before Season 1.
