The officer was right to draw his weapon but he has to wait until the suspect shoots an officer first before he can return fire. If he wasn't so jumpy, they would have seen that this America hater didn't actually have a weapon. He'd be alive gang banging today and the officer would still be on the job. The police need to be more careful not to give racists a reason.
