Nov 21, 2009 - its okie. You hurtz my feelins, but i is forgiving youse.

Nickondeweb Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Your religious books prophesize certain things which will later happen, many are incorrect. Atheist scientists prophesize the weather, which happens. Its like cold reading, finding links to reality by prophesizing things that are likely to happen. Eg. Holocaust: Its inevitable that during 6000+ years a leader of this world will kill off a certain amount of people. Ok the times are pretty accurate, but so is the Mayan Calendar. They found patterns in life, and predicted the future from them.

Nov 21, 2009 - thats cuz u love sin and dont want to admit someone owns u

Ritsaart Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - It is already to funny that you claim that scientists are atheists. There are also Christian scientists who study the weather. Mayans used to get high to prophecise. They were very spiritual and did not base most things on today's atheist ''believes''. All the timings came true in the bible. According to enoch there will be a 2000 year period after Jesus. So we are nearing to the new world. These prophcies are so accurate. The scripture literally says 3.5 years which is dec 1941 to may 1945.

Nov 21, 2009 - ... a "GOD" didn't write the bible, humans did. And how logic is to belive that a GOD is telling someone what to write? You are freaking weird man... do you hear voices from outterspace!? You should study more.

leoliber76 Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - humans have been walking on earth millions years ago... The Bible has only less than 2,000 years.

aussiemcduck Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Hmmmm somehow I don't think this is serious.

ericleb01 Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - How did he create everything? Why would Genesis be "mythical", but the other numerous books not be? Get real.

Ritsaart Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - That is exactly the reason why Christians take such stories literal. Most of the books are not mythical. Revelations, for most part is mythical. I believe it will happen like that but there is not much historic content. Most books are written in a time. You have to place books in their time. While the books are God-inspired, God has a different purpose with each book. Just imagine if God wrote the whole story from the creation down. It would be like 10.000 pages long.

Ritsaart Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Nobody will ever understand HOW God created earth. Even if He took the time to explain people still wouldn't understand. It is unrealistic so prove scientists wrong who excisted long ago just because they said something that was not 100% true. We still use the evidence they found and it is like that with the OT. You also have to understand that we only SOMETIMES get a look at the original manuscript.

Viconiuz Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Deluded? Isn't that when something is watered down, i.e. less concentrated? I thought it was "delusional".

iLikeDirtySpoons Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Oh my god, this guy MUST be trolling. He's using Creationist logic to "prove" that science is wrong.

AshleyTisdaleLover07 Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - But where did god come from? Pwned, bitch.

Nov 21, 2009 - Every argument based on bible is worth as much as your mother. Meaning worth nothing. Btw nice trolling.

JoeyDCFTW Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - You're the one who believes in a flying pizza man in the sky that shits the universe and we're the stupid people. DAMN GOOD TROLLIN SON

Nickondeweb Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Im not saying that there are only athiest weathermen, Im just saying that by seeing certain signs you can prophecise the future. Im not saying that Mayans base anything on athiesm, I'm saying that they could read the movement of planets and VERY accurately predict the future, which is what the bible writers did. They mixed accurate phophesies with a belief in the supernatural. A 2000 year period? Its been 6000+ years! Also, notice how he doesnt mention WHAT will be after those 2000 years.

canadianmaple09 Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - You're thinking of dilluted. Deluded means the same thing as delusional, just a different tense.

Ritsaart Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - No not 600 years. 2000 Between Jesus and the New World. So that means we are nearing now. Before Jesus there were 4000 years. So add it up and you have 6000. Yes we can predict by looking at planets but the knowledge of those kind of thing were not known at the time. So they had used some kind of supernatural power to get such visions. Well we would call it supernatural but it could be something we don't know. I think it is communication with God.

wewillnotfallever Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - omg you have got to be kidding me i have preyed millions of times and never has god answered me. I never have hered such bullshit there are millions of books like the bible how do we know what to belive in?

Viconiuz Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - @canadianmaple09 Ah ok, thanks :)

Nickondeweb Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Ok my mistake on the 6000 years. And I do not believe its super natural, why is it they can do it when billions of others cant? You only get a few extremely intelligent people, but their are billions who devote their lives to faith. Everything that has led up to our understanding of the world is because a few people "have an idea". Maybe the Mayans just "had an idea." Im sorry, but the theory of gods existance has too many flaws in it for me to believe. I'll elaborate on them if you want me to.
