If you are a musician, or not type in the youtube search engine - Smells Like Teen Spirit first live performance - and click on the top video. This is so horrifyingly awful and theres no excuse for band to be this awful - ever! Everything is out of tune. Yet this is a band you pay attention to? Good job. Its impossible to listen to this and not cringe. Listening to chalkboard scrapes is preferable. Please give real music a chance.

Nov 8, 2009 - i watched that video u said to go type in and i'll admit that wasn't the best thing to watch but come on, that was like their first gig. they weren't sure where they were heading and a band needs to go through trial and error before they know exactly what they wanna be like. let's face it, nirvana was practically the first of their kind (music wise of course). it must've been almost impossible to have come up with that sound like they did.
