Aug 21, 2009 - After research. This is what happened. Sly and Band sorta managed themselves so they missed alot of dates. (shoulda had a manager). People got pissed because they didn't show up. He missed Cavetts show 1 or 2 times so he was upset. But as you can see it doesn't matter cuz the man is there and all is well!

This is indeed a tragedy. I have seen recent interviews, and despite all the massive amounts of PCP and whatnot he has done, it is a miracle he is able to still form coherent sentences. Such a shame people were not "intervening" back then
