Nov 22, 2009 - Tab won't help you that much. If you write out Jimi, its pretty much all basic pentatonic. The only way to learn Jimi is with your ears and eyes. The magic is less the notes he plays and more the way he plays the notes. Check out some Andy Aledort's Hendrix instructional DVDs. He does a good job of breaking down Jimi's technique. Folks are so lucky today. I had to learn Jimi from vinyl!
