Customer Service from xbox than PS3 performance (which is no greater than the xbox) and SONY alone. I have had to replace 2 unwarrantied consoles... Both were free of charge for a refurbished one. Besides the fact you sent yours back for a defect (optical out)... NOT A YELLOW LIGHT OF DEATH. RRoD on xbox... %99 replaced
