Oct 30, 2009 - Cass did die of a heart attack, in her sleep. There was a partially eaten sandwich found in the room. I think given her weight people speculated. Her autopsy proved that food had nothing to do with her death.

Nov 9, 2009 - Frank Sinatra did a version of this. Im not really sure who actually wrote it but i think Sinatra's version is pretty popular. It's usually his version that I hear the most when this song is played.
