Jun 22, 2009 - The US didn't cause this conflict...in fact, it's a first since many decades that they don't intervene in an internal conflict in a foreign country. It's a clever decision from President Obama not to comment for now, and to let the "Power of the people" rising in Iran. The fire is burning now and the flame will continue to rise...

Jun 23, 2009 - And of course it's not the same case with them? Both Christianity and Islam praise the same God and 90% of the same people, they just do it in different ways. Stop acting like one makes any more/less sense than the other. I'll stand by my earlier statement. You're an idiot.
taxibandit13 Says:
Jun 23, 2009 - The U.S. isn't responsible for everything that people blame it for, but in the case of the middle east, we ARE mostly to blame. When you were taught about World War 1 2, did you ever learn what was going on in the middle east at those times? Probably not, I know I didn't. Because we were chopping up countries however the fuck we pleased back then, without regard to the people or their governments. We are not like that anymore, but the people there have not forgotten.
taxibandit13 Says:
Jun 23, 2009 - It is a good idea that the U.S. stays out of this one. The people have the power to win this one on their own, as long as they don't give up. And when they do, they will have TRUE legitemacy. Nobody will be able to say "it's just a U.S. puppet" because the people will have won the freedom themselves, and FOR themselves. But we are still with you in spirit, and we support the Iranian people all the way!

Jun 23, 2009 - The Ottoman Empire was on the losing side with Hitler. We could have destroyed them completely, but chose not to. The Middle East has been viewed as a land of barbarians since early Roman times, long before the U.S. was involved. They remain constantly behind in the progress of humanity.

Jun 23, 2009 - Same god? You Asshole!! Muzzies worship Allah ,a one part god and say Jesus was not god ,or the son of god . Christians worship a god that split himself in 3 parts and sent part of himself down to knock up Joseph's wife Mary so she could give birth to gods illigitimate son Jesus , who is also god. Muzzies praise god by making women cover their bodies with tarps , wear bags on their heads and stone people for adultery. They would have stoned Mary .Christians eat Jesus and drink his blood.

Jun 23, 2009 - I cant beleive those saying US is staying out of this conflict! They stay out because is the most convenience thing to do for now! Now you forgot that two years ago they were saying that Iran had mass destruction weapons too, and they wanted to invade? Wouldnt be the people they are now supporting the victims of a war, just like the Iraqian people? Give me a break! I am with the people of IRAN but its just a matter of time to see US claws there...Now the news is that US is an Angel!! come on!!!

Jun 24, 2009 - You people are Morons. You automatically think the worst of the US. It's sad. The US people in general don't want anything to do with the middle east. If Islam could have kept it's radicals undercontrol, none of this would ever have happened. Europe needs to wake up and get involved. A violent sect needs to be taken care of. If the centralized power of Islams can't do it someone else needs to. Islam is great but I'm not waiting around to be killed or made a believer.

Jun 24, 2009 - People of goodwill worldwide admire and respect the incredible courage of the Iranian people. Violence and brutality always spawn thoughtless and ignorant comments, I hope the Iranian people know the world watches their awesome struggle for freedom.

Jun 24, 2009 - take note please.... the ottoman empire did not exist when Hitler created the third reich. It hadn't been around for two decades. Iran was in fact an ally for all intents and purposes during WWII. yes, like the rest of the world...it's certainly not all roses, but the Mid east is a cultural crossroads that has contributed historically to every single thing that we treasure in modernity.

Jun 30, 2009 - Yes, the same god. They just see him as one part and we (well, catholic, I'm assuming?) see him as 3 parts, and both sides have their own 'rules' or traditions for praying/worshipping God. You need to understand that not everyone thinks like you do. There is much diversity in this world, and just because somebody does something differently doesn't make them wrong.
taxibandit13 Says:
Jun 30, 2009 - A muslim woman wearing a 'bag' on her head may seem weird to you, but it's simply a part of the culture. Eating and drinking the body and blood of Christ sounds pretty damn weird to a muslim too (catholic cannibals??).
Nimme92 Says:
Jul 4, 2009 - Well you are not litterally drinkin his blood. Its wine and bread. But to be forbidden to show ur hair because of men being turned on by it is just repressing. Islam is dirt and nothing else. Look what it have done to the people of Iran, look how mad they are. A woman in Iran is a prisonor of islam...

Oct 5, 2009 - The Iranian people are a wise nation. They smelt a CIA-funded 'color' revolution instead of voting green, they stuck to the colors of their own flag. They said a loud emphatic NO to US style McDemocracy false McFreedoms. They said YES to authentic iranian culture self determination. Dr Ahmadinejad best reflected those aspirations.

Jun 22, 2009 - How did the US cause such conflict? Are they not fighting for their voting right? And basic human right? Why do you blame the US in everything that happens everywhere?
