Nov 6, 2009 - i dont see the problem of sprawl being solved anytime soon.. anytime a very dense city center is formed the cost to live there grows so high the average person cannot afford to live there. you can expect to pay the price of a medium sized house for an appartment here in vancouver.. thats insanity. hard to invest in major transit projects for what the city wil be in the future. by the time trains are needed the city is filled and building would be massively expencive and disruptive
