As Gov of Calif he decided to empty the mental health facility's because it cost to much to house mentally ill people, he reasoned if they are stable on meds let them go but on the street they stopped taking meds and became unstable again, then became homeless. As a Union member for 23 years I was well taken care of, however there were instances where it was detrimental to my well being. Without a doubt Jimmy Carter was the WORST President in My lifetime, A good man with fundamentally flawed ideologies, certainly no leadership qualities.
