Nov 16, 2009 - I hate this song. It is one of the most annoying and lazy songs ever written. Not to mention completely overrated.
NasalObstruction Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - Jupiter has no taste obviously.
mrtonebone Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - lazy? How so? Great chord structure-its actually not that easy to play. ANyone who says any of Stuart Copeland's drumming is lazy has never tried to play his parts... You're certainly entitled to your opinion.....just wondering what you mean by "lazy"?
Azulles Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - He means lazy as in there is one basic rhythm. In other words he isn't a music major, neither am I but just by listening to the chords I can tell that he put some thought into the chord structure. I like this song, I like the rhythm and its mostly focused on the singer in my opinion anyway.

Nov 20, 2009 - I had a buddy with a cartage company (hauled music equipment aroung) in NY in the '70's'. He came to LA and played me a tape of this before it was released and said "these guy are the next big thing to hit." I thought "Who the F is this screechy voice with a contorted back-beat band?!?" Man, how stupid was I?

redhotchilichancho Says:
Nov 15, 2009 - I love The Police....But you would have to listen to the music of Los Prisioneros ("Tren al sur"), and Soda Stereo ("De música ligera").
