Oct 27, 2009 - it's called alive in joburg (u can see the title around 2:43) joburg means Johannesburg, the south-african city where the ship is stranded above. it is said peter jackson funded neill blomkamp and he asked what he wanted to make. turned out to be district 9, a better full version of his short movie (this one obviously), wich costed around 30mill dollars wich isnt much at all for a movie these days

Nov 14, 2009 - I loved the Motion Picture sooooooooo much. I thought it was great. I'd read that it was based on a short! LOVE THE SHORT! LOVE the fact hat "Wickers" isin the short too and used in the full movie. This storyline stayed very true to itself!
