rsw11496rsw Says:
Oct 16, 2009 - This is the best DMB song by far.
MissMarshmellow Says:
Oct 20, 2009 - this is an awesome video!
Batmanprotogy Says:
Oct 23, 2009 - i love this song, but i wish he replaced "Groogrux king" it kinda sounds like "klu klux klan"
WEchiefin Says:
Oct 26, 2009 - it would take away a lot of meaning from this song if he replaced "groogrux king"
OmgItzaBunny Says:
Oct 27, 2009 - why would he intentionally make it sound like "ku klux klan"? the band is african.. dave matthews is south african himself...
tommackellmusic Says:
Oct 27, 2009 - the groogrux king is LeRoi Moore. that was his nick name.
MrPGH513 Says:
Oct 28, 2009 - this song really shows his genius. the religious incorporation is so perfect. with an amazing hook. his slow stuff might be boring but hes the most talented rock musician in a long time.
jarvisorder Says:
Oct 29, 2009 - Why is Tim Reynolds such a wankmeister? Les Paul+Marshall Stack=buttrock. Leave the solo to jeff coffen or TB.
MandyMayzy Says:
Oct 29, 2009 - cuz racism doesnt even enter his mind,it's those intrepret it as that should erase ugly notions. i admit it though I felt odd singing those lyrics loudly in my car. i soongot over it,no hate,no shame
Nadetastic44 Says:
Oct 30, 2009 - hahahaha!!
ERoths711 Says:
Nov 1, 2009 - First of all, Tim is definitely a better musician than Boyd Tinsley, and at least as good as Jeff Coffin. And secondly, it's BT, not TB.
ballinblinkfan12345 Says:
Nov 1, 2009 - jeff coffin's good but he's young, in then i believe besides carter and dave, that boyd tinsley is the best in the band, and you can't compare there musicianship b/c they all play different instruments
Thunderr10 Says:
Nov 1, 2009 - Um, yea Coffin is actually 2 years older that Dave.
jarvisorder Says:
Nov 3, 2009 - BT plays parts that fit within the confines of the melody and are tastefully constructed accompaniments that don't take away from the song. Tim Reynolds plays a very "Tim Reynolds" bit. It's like how many notes can I fit in this space instead finding the groove and adding to the groove. Less is more Timmy.
jarvisorder Says:
Nov 3, 2009 - I saw Jeff Coffin in a deserted club in Indy called the jazz kitchen on a wednesday night this May. There were 10 people there including my party of 4. He sat in with the Rob Dixon Trio, it was such a surprise and a treat. The guy is a monster and he will bring DMB up a notch or two.
godlydrmr Says:
Nov 4, 2009 - Two totally different instruments all together
linuskang8 Says:
Nov 13, 2009 - this is not rock.
glinzman Says:
Nov 15, 2009 - It's not suppose to be rock. It's simply Dave.
G4331 Says:
Nov 15, 2009 - He likes dancin' with the Ku Klux Klan. (snicker!)
0whymustilie0 Says:
Nov 16, 2009 - wrong...its the groogrux king...one of the bandmates who died...so they dedicated this song to him...
G4331 Says:
Nov 17, 2009 - I know, I know. I was just trying to be funny. It sounded like that to me at 1st but I knew that couldn't be right, so I checked it out and it is as you say. Actually, I never liked Dave Matthews until this song. It is reminicent of "I Go Blind" By Hootie The Blowfish.....the only song of theirs that I like. I have no love for the KKK either,- just like to laugh.
manually01 Says:
Nov 23, 2009 - Recorded a custom ring tone from 2:56 to 3:36 of this video on Tube 2 Tones{dt}com.
0whymustilie0 Says:
Nov 25, 2009 - oh ok and i suppose it really does sound like that if you dont know...i only know cuz my sister absolutely loves DMB so....yeah
