Oct 22, 2009 - Well, there's nothing wrong with turtling, it's within the rules and everything but it's really painful to watch. To me one of the worst 3s matches I've seen was Nuki Justin Chun mirror match, where both Chun's virtually just meter charge and turtle all the way, I even think there should be a tournament rule that says in a Chun mirror match both players should start with a fully charged meter or two so we won't need to put up with all the charging spam. But that's just me =)

Nov 15, 2009 - I only discovered the tournament world of fighting games a few months ago, but I do remember hating the parry system in SFIII. I had to replay Daigo parrying Chun-Li's super, block, then counter, over and over just because of how skillfully executed it was. After seeing some of his battles at the Japan nationals on Youtube, it's nice to see some part of his "roots" so-to-speak (and yeah, I'm sure it goes even further back)
