Oct 29, 2009 - Nothing is as good as the plant itself. When they make Aloe Vera Juice, A lot of times they make it 2% Aloe and 98% percent water and actually call it PURE ALOE VERA. Forget the processing, go find a plant and eat it or apply it to the skin. Do both :)
