Then he went to Detroit to live closer to his son but that was really just an excuse for him to run away. He said he was a 2-time loser when it came to relationships and was afraid of strike 3. I guess he did see that him going was strike 3.

Jul 18, 2009 - I adore Robert Downey, Jr's acting, but I don't like his singing at all. And you have to have a very good voice with a wide range to sing most of Joni's songs. Compare this with Sarah McLachlan's version, which is lovely. And that's why she sells a lot of records, and Downey gave up on his singing career(his stuff didn't sell). And all of you who think his voice is great, please don't respond--I already read your posts. I have a right to my opinion, right???
