Nov 18, 2009 - Yeah, but Pantera needed Anselmo to do the heavier material and progress to what they became known for, Terry Glaze couldnt have done it!

peggy170 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - true but at least terry had a voice outher than screaming into a mic half off which we cant understand.

peggy170 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - i guess it just hits home with me becuse i saw pantara twice with typo o neg and onetime megadeath in the early 90s and after that this stuff i see can never compare

lordjdog Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - Well then you must not understand English because I can understand it all but that could be just because I'm a metalist who uses death grunts.

milpoolXXX Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - I would counter that often the lead guitarist is just as important. As important as Axl was to GNR, for example, can you honestly assert that Slash was LESS important? And Bret Michaels/C.C. DeVille for Poison. Poison went on n(granted they stink) w/o C.C. with Bret and it was unsucessful.

Nov 19, 2009 - no soy muy fanatica de skid row pero este es uno de los temas q me gustan de la banda jeje

fuzzleredmenn Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - I thought he was great on Power Metal and Cowboys though. Power Metal is way underrated.

fuzzleredmenn Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - That was partly the mood of the time too though, although obviously many fans felt it wasnt the same. I think its rarely down to one guy, its a mix of the whole band (not just their musicianship or songwriting but their personalities too) that makes it work. I mean, if Skid Row got back with Sebastian but Rob wasnt there, that would still feel weird to me, yknow what I mean? Especially when you grow up on a band and you know their history.

thomaschavers Says:

Nov 23, 2009 - I had the first skid row album for a while and still do. And when I used to go to this one gentleman's club about 11 years ago, one of the girls would always dance to this song, and I went out and bought the slave to the grind album because of that. This is one of my top 3 favorite skid row songs.

eddieover Says:

Nov 23, 2009 - still a great song

JosephKuby Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - If you want to know what their Spanish fans are saying, use a translation site. ;)

JosephKuby Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - Bon Jovi were jealous of Skid Row. Skid Row's music is more timeless than Bon Jovi's and Bon Jovi should never have survived the grunge (and alternative rock) invasion. Bon Jovi were too lame and Skid Row were too cool for the former to be more popular than the latter as of this time. It's a shame Jon didn't respect the pact him and Sabo made (in their much younger years) when they agreed that whoever became famous first would help the other out. Bon Jovi should have faded away like Europe.

JosephKuby Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - According to Slash (in his autobiography) Sebastian had auditioned for Velvet Revolver but Slash thought that it sounded too much like Skid Roses.

vagnersilva13 Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - Skid Row Forever!

09guitarfrk Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - as much as i dislike cowbon jovi they came out before skid row and kept the pact they made to themselves.not to mention that they sold out and kept up with the current top 40 trends/they suck skid row has the jagged edge and will survive forever
