Oct 30, 2009 - it's not only uneducated black people that call one another niggah, nor does it always carry a derogatory undertone when a non black person says it however the chances of it having negative/racist connotations is highly unlikely (yet still possible) when blacks say it to one another and it is probable (tho not determinately so) when someone from from another race says it because of some of the ignorance's and prejudices against black people. We couldn't be sure the remark was untainted. Peace.
