Nov 10, 2009 - In fairness, that's spectacular. This, for me, marked the moment that Irish people started to be more confident in themselves after being beaten down so long.irish people started to have more pride in themselves and began to show the world our amazing culture and traditions.pity fianna fail pissed all the money away and now the likes of me, a new graduate, again have to leave the island.what a waste...

Nov 11, 2009 - power beauty strength elegance whoa I just dunno how to describe this performance. Just remember that without this performance there would be no Riverdance and no Lord of the Dance...... Thank God that the contest was in Dublin in 1994!!!!!!

Nov 14, 2009 - WOAH~ This is.. just amazing. Ive seen Riverdance before but nothing compares to how amazing this is, This is by far the best interval act ever seen in a eurovision again, I would love to see Ireland win again, but only If I could see this performed again as Instead of watching on TV I would be there for sure :DD

Nov 15, 2009 - @IvliaC And just think, both born in America. Interesting. Wonderful and inspiring. I have heard, at least when I lived in Romania, that the Hungarians in that country are more Hungarian (and their folk dance more pure) than Hungarians in Hungary; just talk, but it does make you wonder about the influence of being a downtrodden minority in another country - maybe makes you hold on to folk tradition and ethnic 'markers' more than those in-country. Just an idea.
