Nov 22, 2009 - it depends what you're using it for. don't you realize that a lot of prescription medications, i.e., the pills that big pharma sells you, are just reproductions of, for example, a certain plant in from the rain forests? homeopathy in many cases is just using things that naturally occur in nature for their healing properties. there are many cases where that works just fine. tea tree oil is one of many examples. it's used in lots of over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.

"Big Pharma" as you call them want to produce drugs that work, so that they can sell them and make money. Hpaty is based on 2 crackpot theories: like cures like, and diluting a solution will make it stronger! The only benefit from homeopathy is a placebo effect, and that doesn't help if you have cancer... it will delay treatment, possibly past the point real doctors even have a chance to save you. I agree with what you said about good nutrition and cutting some fats and oils from your diet though. Exercise doesn't hurt either.
