This kid was luky and now he is save. But thousands of catalans were not so luky and died fighting against spanish fascism. Sep 15, 2009 - They keep lying when they say the kid was sent to the judge for asking companies to label in catalan. He sent a terrorist threat. I've read ETA threats and they're the same kind of language. "We won't be happy nor friendly if you don't do what we want, etc". The boy sent a threat at 14. That was a criminal act, accept it and we can start to discuss if the spanish authorities reaction was correct or not.
