Oct 31, 2009 - Wow he's on this video too. How lame is that.... Something tells me that people complain about God's mercy have an underlying problem and they are angry with God because of a past event (death of a loved one, as an example). They used to be religious, but instead of trusting in God during that hard time, they go off and try to heal themselves with earthly things (drugs, most likely, in this guy's case). Now they think there is no way God could exist because they think He didn't show them mercy.

mycatistigger Says:

Oct 31, 2009 - feared -(By who?) yes, you're quite right I'm a drug addict. that's why I post on youtube. In fact I take a shot of heroin before I post every time. What and intelligent and astute person you are. You must have been captain of the debating team at school. Seeing as you're so incredibly smart perhaps you could answer by question instead of making asinine statements: Exactly how is setting people on fire an act of mercy?

ramsfball26 Says:

Oct 31, 2009 - All people sin...but those who choose to fallow and believe in Jesus are shown mercy. Those who do not fallow and believe are not shown mercy

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 1, 2009 - All people sin... but it takes a particularly nasty deity to burn people alive.

ramsfball26 Says:

Nov 1, 2009 - And that my friend is why I also fear God. He is a very selfish God and rightfully so. He created all that is in existence and demands praise for it. He loves every one of us but will turn his face from us if we do not fallow him our days here on earth. Someone who doesnt fallow God is a fool and the punishment they receive will be deserved. Btw hell is not a place of burning. It is a place of never ending weeping and sorrow. With this being said I will pray for you mycatistigger. God bless

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - Pray for me if you like, it has been shown to have no effect but if it makes you happy, who am I t stop you. I'd rather you gave some money to a good charity though. So your god is selfish, demands constant prasie and if anyone does somethign he doesn't like he sets them on fire. How exaclty is he better than Hitler?

ramsfball26 Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - No...people do bad things all the time...were people and sin. But if we repent for our sins and love him we are saved. Thats why he is merciful. We are not worthy of him but he still loved us enough to send his son Jesus down to earth to die on the cross for our sins. Whoever believes in him shall not parish but receive everlasting life. And again...hell isnt a place of burning. Never ending weeping and sorrow because they didnt make it to heaven.

Feared01 Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - Give me the book, chapter and verse in which this story appears in the bible. This way 1) you can prove to me you're not going of what someone has told you out of context and 2) to put it into the correct context.

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - Feared - You'll have to forgive me, perhaps its because I'm 'lame', 'pathetic' and a 'drug addict' but what story are you talking about exactly?

kuyajhet Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - beacause i heard that the core of the earth is almost as hot as the sun's temperture, and 1 thing,i've watched here on youtube about the digging of hell, ive watched it and hear the soound, they are scientist,is this really true??thanx

Feared01 Says:

Nov 3, 2009 - The same one you were just talking about. That's not being lame or pathetic, that's being clumsy with your argument. Give me the bible verses that talk about God setting people on fire.

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 4, 2009 - No. It was a hoax. "Rendalen w(The hoaxer) ent on to explain that he had visited the US a few weeks earlier and had seen the host of a Christian television program enthusiastically relating the Drilling to Hell story. He told me: 'I couldn't believe that the hosts really thought the story was true and that they would broadcast it without apparently having checked it out." It is an example of how christinans will believe nonsense.

Feared01 Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - You're avoiding the other side of the argument.

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly and UNBELIEVING and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." That's nice. What a pleasant deity you worship.

Prodigypr Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - I FEAR GOD!!!!!!!!!

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - I FEAR SPIDERS!!!!!

BenWalburn Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - ooo cool, oh wait, that makes you normal... Having fun not winning our debate?

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - Oh the debate where I provide proof and you don't? Is that the one?

Feared01 Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - Thank you! Let me explain. You are CORRECT: Revelation is a time where God is no longer merciful. It's basically Him saying, "I've been merciful since time started, it's time to take my people to heaven." If you read a few verses earlier, you see that God says, "I am making all things new." Then he basically says (very metaphorically) that whoever accepts him will be rewarded. Revelation hasn't happened yet, obviously. Jesus' first coming was to save Earth, his second will destroy it.

jy116 Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - so pleasant that He descended and died a horrible death [by choice] to reconcile us to Him [Rom 5:8]. You have to remember there's such a thing as justice, and truth... there's consequences for sin, but He totally provides a way out for those who choose to seek it. [Rom 3:23, Rom 6:23, Eph 2:8-9]

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - feared - Do you have any proof that this is true? Or is it like people who dress up in star trek uniforms and pretend they're in touch with captain Kirk?

AWESOMEEfreakk Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - I LOVE JESUS!(:

paumah01 Says:

Nov 7, 2009 - what's important is whoever accepts Jesus as saviour will be saved! noneed to argue nyahaha

Feared01 Says:

Nov 7, 2009 - Do YOU have any proof to say that it's NOT true? Don't think so. It's the future, after all.

mycatistigger Says:

Nov 7, 2009 - No, I can't prove its not going to happen, although nine headed monsters etc are a little difficult to take seriously. I also can't prove Star Trek isn't a premonition, and that's not going to happen. If you like we can say 'there is as much chance of the 'revelation' being true as there is for Star Trek being true. That's fair but it puts you in the same catagory as some very mental people.
