Oct 18, 2008 - It's impossible to "fill in" your upper pecs. Like all pairs of muscles in the body, their position relative to each individual side is genetically determined, just like one's height or one's bone structure is genetically determined.

Oct 28, 2008 - That's got to be one of the biggest myths going around about Bodybuilding. Those really muscular guys are pretty darn flexible. Many can do the splits both ways. Many can touch far below their toes with straight legs. Many can have their elbows touch each other from behind their heads etc etc. Muscle does NOT impair flexibility.
tobydog22 Says:
Oct 28, 2008 - Many gymnasts could also compete successfully as bodybuilders. Good point.

johnnyrapist23 Says:
Oct 29, 2008 - no but it impairs how far you can move parts of your body. for example,i can touch my left shoulder with my left hand quite easily, but someone with alot of muscle on there arm would struggle or not be able to at all. there would be too much muscle in the way

Oct 30, 2008 - We have a heavy shooting schedule for the next several days and will be releasing a number of new DVDs in early November. As a result we won't be able to deal with comments in a timely manner. So we're temporarily disabling comments on several dozen of our clips. We will resume allowing comments with approval in November as our schedule permits. In the meantime we will be adding new clips to the channel.
