Not saying it is 'literally' about vampires (deffinitely not saying its referencing Twilight... it says more about you that you first think of Twilight when you hear vampire). Bear in mind that a vampire is a metaphore anyway. It could be referencing anything that sucks life, or removes the spirit from someone. From drugs, unrequited love to money etc. Read 'The Vampyre'
