Mar 8, 2009 - Parlourcr...I understand being protective of Ian - this obviously is a fictualized account. BUT, for a fictualized account, the main actor did an amazing job at portraying Ian. In fact, all the actors did of their respective parts; the movie was well type-cast. We could all say overly dramatic things, but you've got to give credit where it's due. Sam Reilly did a great job.

I totally agree with you, they all did a great job, but the fact is that actors are only imitators no matter how hard they try, they cannot be a mirror for us to look into the tormented soul of an artist or a poet and they still lack the geniune touch of the creative souls that they all desperately trying to imitate, but I have to be honest they all did an excellent job in this movie.
