If you're using nitro just before you can actually fly over that rock area and land just above the chest, and then if you sprint down you don't have to crouch as the turret won't have time to target and shoot you. In addition, if you leave the vehicle there, if by some mischance you should die, you can teleport back. In my opinion though the chest on the roof in New Haven is faster to get to, thats how I got about 12 yellow to gold items in about an hours farming. Cheers tho!

Nov 4, 2009 - It was most likely found on the Pc version first. On Pc there is a cheat called "NoClip" which lets you fly anywhere on the map, even through solid objects. Maybe people put God mode on then NoClipped through the area in search of hidden stuff.
