Also, after he weighs in he hardly gains any weight. Mosley who can make a 147 weigh in comes back the next day at 160 pounds - and looks healthy and natural so that's why forcing him to come down to something like 142 means Pacquiao is fighting closer to a Welterweight and not a rehydrated Middleweight.
