Nov 25, 2009 - The Nazis were not the only ones to use the swastika, so its meaning is not limited to the atrociousness they associated with it. You see it, for example, in some Hindu structures on Bali. I don't know why he wore, but it does not mean that he ever considered himself a Nazi. I have not read his blog, but his regret may stem from those who misunderstood what it stood for for him.

Nov 25, 2009 - Stop making a big deal of the swastika. It's not even the same kind of swastika the nazis used. Their's was slanted. And besides in many cultures long before the nazis it was a symbol for good luck, the sun, and balance between the seasons. (Depending on which culture you look at it.)
