As a photographer it is not IMPOSSIBLE to take a pic. through tinted windows. Hard yes. Impossible no. 3. Fire engines always accompany Paramedics/Ambulances. It's just what they do. 4. Were these paramedics? Did they shock MJ to try and start his heart? Or was it just an ambulance? It's hard to tell no a days but that looks like a typical Paramedic.

Fire Engines, are much slower than a ambulance due to the thousands of gallons of water that they carry, Its stupid sending a fire engine out to a heart attack or anything else unless its in there job remit.
