Nov 18, 2009 - Or course, there is the possiblity that it was a Karmic connection...Maybe they all came into the world and on a soul level decided to leave at the same time...

hewhoseesthings Says:

Nov 18, 2009 - NuclearCentipede,First of all, Hendrix drowned on a combination of red wine and his own vomit when he died no drug overdose. Second, The reason I call Hendrix's death a conspiracy is because there is overwhelming evidence of Hendrix being forced to drink the red wine, and when he was found dead, very little was in his blood and it was mostly still in his stomach and lungs at the time. this means that the wine was forced down his throat into his stomach and lungs to in order to kill him.

Nov 18, 2009 - didn't she choke on ham sandwich in bed?

ledzeprocks21 Says:

Nov 18, 2009 - i forget his name, but i saw their rythm guitarist sitting in a bar in san francisco three summers ago haha

NuclearCentipede Says:

Nov 18, 2009 - hewhoseesthings: well I looked it up. I went to several websites and only found two that mentioned red wine. And the only one of the two that made it sound like a murder as you desribed it, was wikipedia, which we all know isn't the best source of information. All of the websites however, did mention sleeping pills. So maybe it was a combination of things. But the story I was always told was that It was a drug overdose. Probably no one will ever know for sure.

randypan71 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - Nah fella. That was Mama Cass Elliot. Grace Slick is alive still aged 70 and an accomplished artist. Lost her looks though which is sad as she was fit!!

Drummer424 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - hendrix choked on his own vomit. it was caused by a deadly combination of sleeping pills, large amounts of psyceldelics, and a liver full of booze

ErizotDread Says:

Nov 20, 2009 - wow...well, getting back to the actual video...her voice has balls! I love when a singer can take emotion and make it audible...and her vibrato is killer!

TheKnobCreek Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - she is hott

mlbslugger62 Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - You dork. You're thinking of Mama Cass.... and no, Cass had a heart attack.

kives1985 Says:

Nov 21, 2009 - Yeah, the drugs may have help create these two wonderful tunes. However, had they not been tripping on acid all the time, "We Built This City" probably wouldn't have came in to existence. THAT MY FRIENDS IS A POWERFUL REASON TO STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS!!!

IMVSM Says:

Nov 22, 2009 - Actually neither Cass nor Jimmy choke on their vomit. They both overdosed but people prefer to call it heart attack.

phynchdoc Says:

Nov 22, 2009 - we built this city sucks compared to somebody to love

Futureownagevid Says:

Nov 23, 2009 - actually Kives1985 that is THE reason to DO drugs. we built this city is crap compared to their earlier work no offence

kives1985 Says:

Nov 24, 2009 - No. The drugs burned their brains out. How else could anyone go from this to "We Built This City on Rock and Roll?" I tell you how: it was the drugs.
