Oct 2, 2009 - It's the way the attack formula works. My current strength and the attack power of the weapon both factor what my ATT stat will end up being. That's why, when my Str hit 21 when I leveled, my ATT jumped because when your str is equal to or higher than the att of the weapon, the formula for your attack is the str + weapon attack power. Before, the formula is something like Str - ( att of the weapon - (str / 2).
