Like the mineral value on public lands. To use that cash instead of giving it to private interest using it fund the programs we so badly need. As our labor jobs dissappear over seas. Which makes shareholders happy as they get larger returns but,at what cost to the nation. Keynesianism I belive would at least be a stepin the right direction. If everything is deregulated then theres nothing to stop the downsizing of our jobs and the loss of our fragile economy.
