Nov 21, 2009 - its hard for me to throw at my front foot forward i know it not good but its bad habit i got. i can still get the full rotation of the tre but i land on the nose, i think its wat he said , im not catching it with my front foot. so if anyone can tell me what helps please do, cuz i almost gottem .
