Nov 21, 2009 - first becuase gta lcs was only for psp and ps2 and there is a mod that you caan play gta lcs in sa inclusif with missions and second microsoft payed 50 million to get tlad and tbogt for xbox 360 so it will never come to ps3 or pc ;(
