I heard something like *Duran will be finishing the will of the Xel'Naga by combining the two species that are pure of essence, and pure of form.* Or something in order to continue their own life cycle, and apparently Duran is now on his way to combine the species, although i don't know if it's for the xel'naga or himself.

Nov 16, 2009 - Duran works for someone or something else, its not been confirmed who but its a good bet its the xel naga. The hybrids do play a part in the SCII campaign, i cant remember where i read this but i think it was on one of the QA's on the blizz SCII forum.

Nov 19, 2009 - its called "the voice in the darkness" its a evil creature that lives in the void. i think it might be this thing using the xel'naga's own creations against them, the zerg/protoss hybrids (because the xel'naga captured it and put it in a crystal) to pretty much slap the xel'naga in the face.and i know that my theory is kinda out there but whatever.
