Same goes for if you delete a game off your psp, it's still on the network and you don't have to pay for it again. This way, you also don't lose UMDs, or scratch them, or have to carry them around with you. AND "One time fee for downloads to up to 5 psp systems that are associated with the purchasing account" -- straight off PSN.
