TheCHRIS215 Says:

Oct 14, 2009 - The reason is because those people where raciest

bigtones05 Says:

Oct 17, 2009 - McCain was so eloquent in his concession speech. Pretty moving.

frijolero791 Says:

Oct 18, 2009 - A majority of whites who were conservative and of the religious right voted for McCain while Obamas base was mostly multicultural. The final election statistics showed: 95% of African-Americans voted for him, 67% of Hispanics/Latinos voted for him, 62% of Asian-Americans, 54% of Catholics, 78% of Jewish voters and 70% of gays and lesbians. These may be the same numbers for November 2012 if the Republican party nominate another white candidate whose campaign is again full of fears and smears.

drdude12472 Says:

Oct 20, 2009 - im an obama supporter... but this speech was good. humble and honest.

TheCHRIS215 Says:

Oct 20, 2009 - Ok I like obama and would have voted for him if I was 18 but mccain not raciest

paulusman92 Says:

Oct 27, 2009 - Me too

EnglandFife Says:

Oct 28, 2009 - McCain is a good man. His supporters are mostly ignorant, stupid, and prejudice. And don't get me started on Sarah Palin. She shouldn't even be taken seriously.

sfcphilip Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - This may be the most accurate observation ever!!!

wrodjr Says:

Nov 2, 2009 - They said that McCain would probably would have died in office because of his age and health. So far, it's been a year and he is still alive. Let's see if he is still alive in the next 3 years. Place your bets! lol

frijolero791 Says:

Nov 4, 2009 - As a lifelong Democrat from Arizona, and who voted for Barack Obama, I praise John McCain for his grace in this speech and for being a man of integrity and dignity. A genuine American war hero who knows about policy and has seen how government works throughout the years. But the problem was, he ran a very bad and negative campaign, and obviously, beat himself. Even in this video clip, he cant even control the tone of his own audience.

robskyy Says:

Nov 5, 2009 - also even though i voted for obama, i feel as though mccain gave a better speach, he spoke with such honesty and he acknowledges that he has lost and he is not a sore loser and he accepts defeat like a real man. so in my mind and ears, mccain gave a better speech

KobyStormShow Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - the republicans couldn't still another election without us noticing

billsfan4ever1 Says:

Nov 6, 2009 - mccain should've 1. he would do so much better than NObama.

spac3wars Says:

Nov 10, 2009 - still?

anonywho Says:

Nov 11, 2009 - @frijolero791 Definitely. I thought this was an excellent speech but the crowd reactions to the President's name were ridiculous. The same can be said about the crowd reactions when GWB showed up at the inauguration. I was there and hated that the crowd booed. He was a sucky President, but he didn't deserve that.

FuriousPumpkin Says:

Nov 12, 2009 - he lost because he was too moderate for the republican party. He brought along palin to try and make up for i and it backfired.

west521 Says:

Nov 14, 2009 - why should he have won??? because you say so?????

jensen1901 Says:

Nov 14, 2009 - While this was a great concession speech. McCain needs to realize the reason he lost is because his campaign was out of control with hate, lies and innuendo. Had he campaigned with as much class as he showed here, he might have won.

LACKOS50 Says:

Nov 14, 2009 - I voted for Obama, but have always liked McCain for his independence and record of heroic sacrifice for this country. This speech serves as further evidence of what a class act he is.

keiths81ca Says:

Nov 15, 2009 - If he campaigned like this the whole time and picked a better running mate, he might have won.

billsfan4ever1 Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - hey, i think that mccain should've 1 bc he would do better than NObama.

jugganaut35 Says:

Nov 17, 2009 - Well McCain certainly wouldn't have changed the world's attitude toward the US like Obama has. The world LOVES him, and most of the world now views the US much more favorably than they did for the last 8 years. The world had nothing but contempt for Bush. McCain wouldn't have had the transformative effect on world opinion that Obama has had.

billsfan4ever1 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - im not trying 2 sound mean when i say this but, what do u mean that the world loves him? i know other ppl who would rather of had mccain win the election than NObama.

cwgreen89 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - Anyone would've done better than Obama. Obama has had ZERO accomplishments since getting in office. He's divided this country more than united it. And it's not that people liked Obama more than McCain, but they took the last 8 years out on McCain by voting Obama. It was basically a vote "against" McCain.

irishkid19 Says:

Nov 19, 2009 - McCain lost because he allowed his campaign to control his message. McCain was not a bad person. He had bad people working for Him. that is why he lost. He lost because he had to suck the dicks of a constituent base that is full of closeminded, racist, rich, greedy, paranoid assholes. Instead, McCain should have focused on being the Independent-Moderate-Conservative He used to be. He should have selected Palin as his VP. He might have done better....
