You usually need a good offensive coach, a good QB, and a strong defense for that. The Donkeys had 2 out of 3 last year with Shanahan and Cutler. Now with McMidget and Orton, Mike Nolan's Defense is carrying the team, which won't last long. The only thing last years team was missing was DEFENSE, now they need a lot more.
