quinnpiper Says:

Apr 4, 2009 - i think i like this concert more than the stop making sense film. it's more raw and feels less synthetic.... i love the sound with adrian belew and 2! bassists...

zarichw Says:

Apr 7, 2009 - Dear zinkanawaka ... A dictionary is a wonderful thing to lose. Did you also lose the one in your browsa ?

zinkanawaka Says:

Apr 8, 2009 - Yes , as a matter of fact I lost my english dictionnary. Bad english is mine because I'm a frenchy! Il n'empeche qu'un esprit etroit est une chose agreable a perdre!

mohairsammy Says:

Apr 21, 2009 - Same here, for exactly the same reasons -- rawer sound, and adrian is just cutting loose!!!

Mooseman327 Says:

May 16, 2009 - I agree completely. I saw both of those tours live at Red Rocks in Colorado and THIS band and concert was MUCH better musically than Stop Making Sense. The latter was more caught up with the visuals and Alex Weir is no Adrian Belew. And, in the Remain in Light concert I saw, Nona Hendryx joined Dolette McDonald on back-up vocals. THAT was super-charged.

Samrohn Says:

May 24, 2009 - Genius. And that backup singer is fantastically hot.

sashimiman56 Says:

Jun 13, 2009 - No doubt! As much as I love Stop Making Sense, in my opinion, the definitive polyrhythmic Talking Heads "live" album is the "The Name of This Band is Talking Heads". I'm talking about the Central Park Show. I emphatically state that you must also listen to "the Great Curve" from "Remain In Light" . I assure you, there are no words to describe awesome power and beauty of the Adrian Belew solo coda . Check it out.

Ytterix Says:

Jun 20, 2009 - Hey man- uncalled for! Don't get me wrong- NOTHING can touch this- just Radiohead is rather beautiful, too, in a very different way- give them another listen. (AND, they never (yet) turned pop, broke up, or the likes, unlike certain others. Dammit, DB! Why?)

Jul 2, 2009 - I saw the Red rocks shows, as well and agree completely.
