May 4, 2009 - Zennie, When people think of Oakland they don't think of bad cops they think shithole. As Gertrude Stein wrote "There is no there there." Oakland has the potential to be a great city. It has it's own international airport, sports teams, ports, ballet, lakes, business hubs and freeways. But what do the residents do? They oppose the police. They elect idiots. They celebrate druggies, drug dealers and murderers like Huey Newton, Felix Mitchell and Lovelle Mixon. OPD isnt Otowns problem.
