There should be a Western statuatory holiday, one day a year, when cable and internet companies withdraw their services and call it "World Literacy Day," with the aim to promote reading. I think anything that involves understanding or creativity would dramatically improve if we had that. And it would also be green!:)

Nov 24, 2009 - I don't think he means to play it so harshly, I assume you don't play acoustic guitar often or you would know how hard it is to get a loud noise tapping on acoustic wound strings. Having a loop would take away from the skill of the performance as well, part of what makes him special is his ability to use both hands on the fret board to play both melodies and harmonies/high and low parts.

Nov 25, 2009 - I wouldn't assume, why would I comment on a acoustic guitar player if I didn't play, I would assume the player talking about technique did play, The thing is that was my point, the technique produces sounds that take away from the elegant song and make it sound choppy. If it's about the gimmick then great, but musically it doesn't sound good. Wrong style for this kind of song.

Nov 25, 2009 - You just sound like someone who plays a lot of a different instrument. I guess it does sound a bit choppy...I'm sure if he were to record the song it would be a lot more acoustically pleasant, but live it's just hard to get around stuff like that.
