Oct 28, 2009 - bats CAN determine light from dark, however bats are drawn TOO dark and away from light. so turning off the lights and opening a window would be the opposite of what you want to do. personally i found a plastic bag does the job well. we had one loose in our house and i caught it in midair with a bag.
